How To Read This Book

This "browser" presentation of the book is the best way to flip back and forth to view the pages you want to see in any order you choose. You will also find the pictures bigger and more detailed in this version.

If you want to read the book from front to back, and even see facing pages as they were designed, you may be more comfortable reading the Adobe Acrobat® version of the book. The Acrobat version is available on CD-ROM (along with this version and another in Microsoft Word format) for $15 including shipping and handling. You may also purchase the Acrobat verson to download for $10. Inquire about these by clicking here. These versions allow you to print the entire book (158 pages on paper) if, for some reason, you want to do that.

You will find at the bottom of this – and every – page of this "browser" version, a set of choices that will take you to the Next Page, to the Previous Page or to the Table of Contents, from which you can get to any page in the book (with two clicks).

At the bottom of every page, you will also find an opportunity to send me feedback (or ask a question). I want your feedback, and I invite you to send me your thoughts several times as you read this book. Don't bother to hold all of your comments until later. I especially solicit any advice from you about corrections you think I should make on that page. If you find that I could have been clearer with these instructions, let me know that, too. The beautiful thing about publishing an electronic book is that corrections can be made over and over again after the book is "finished."

I hope you enjoy the book. I surely enjoyed creating it, even though I wish I had never had the opportunity to do so.
