To our great surprise, Corinne got an astonishing offer. Her dear friend had been given a beautiful Christmas present: an all expense paid vacation anyplace in the world… with a companion. He invited Corinne to plan a trip to Spain, and to accompany him. We were both thrilled.

Corinne lived on the Spanish Mediterranean island of Ibiza for eleven years before moving to New Mexico. She has close friends there she hasn't seen in years. Her trip planning turned up an invitation to stay with a couple in the house she had built and sold before she came here.

Though she had been a jetsetter most of her life, constantly flying around the world, her wings have been clipped lately. With her physical condition – and our financial condition – we didn't know when she would be able to make such a trip again.
